Consultation:

Meet with our certified nutritionist and fill out your intake paperwork so we get a better understanding of you, your wants, and needs! Here is where you will choose exactly what services you’re interested in.

Intake Appointment:

Your certified nutritionist will have your complete, personalized plan drawn out! You will meet with him and go over your plan in detail!

Check Ins:

You’ll have the option to meet weekly, bi weekly or monthly to stay on top of your goals and make any necessary adjustments. These visits can be in person or virtual!
